About Jim and Kathy Allyn

Picture of Jim and Kathy Allyn

Allyn & Associates began as Allyn Land and Cattle, back in 1960. Since then we’ve changed our focus many times, adding specialties and even removing them…(we no longer buy and sell cattle!)

Over the years we have been involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry. From new home building to commercial leasing and industrial development; and from residential resale to water rights deals, we have done it all.

The one thing that has remained constant is our commitment to developing relationships with our clients. We want to be your Family Realtor!

Kathy and I (Jim Jr.) are now located in Apache Junction, AZ which gives us easy access to every part of our glorious Valley of the Sun! We””re always taking pictures, and we plan on posting many here.

We have had the thrill of listing and selling properties in nearly every city in the area, and we are experts in finding the price point for the market! Just let us know, we can do a comparative market analysis that will help you price your home, or help you figure out what is a good price for your dream home.

We look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

The Allyns worked as a team and were very responsive to our needs and extremely professional. Best realtors I’ve ever had! They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them!

I have bought 3 properties through Jim and Kathy Allyn and they did a excellent job.
The best indicator is the level of attention they devote once the deal is over.

Kathy Allyn is a true real estate professional. She gave me good advise on pricing my loft property on Mill Avenue, got the word out about the property being on the market and managed the day to day activity (answering questions, holding open houses, going… (more)
